Consultations
- Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We review each request and may decline it.
- Once we accept a request, we will confirm the session time, format and any fees in writing before the session.

- Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Any cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed with your booking.
- We do not accept payments or deposits for property purchases on behalf of sellers or developers.
